Interesting stories of perfected performance through the use of checklists submitted by 21621031390949 on August 11, 2016, 9:04pm Interesting and well-written book in the style of Malcolm Gladwell. Basically, the story boils down to this: checklists are the way to make sure things get done correctly. This is not news to a lot of us, but his research into and presentation of how various high-stakes professions/activities (surgery, commercial airlines, skyscraper construction) utilize checklists is interesting.
