creepy hobbit! submitted by manz on July 3, 2015, 7:43pm This movie is so weird. I'm a giant hobbit/LOTR fan, but I remember seeing this as a kid and was freaked out. It's still weird.

Mostly nostalgia but still excellent submitted by Nehemiah9 on July 21, 2019, 10:42am I grew up with this cartoon and I think it's a good standard to judge the recent films. I would much rather watch this version than the new ones although they did a good job with Bilbo and Gandalf of course as well as a few of the dwarves and elves.
Great music, voice acting and animation. This new cover is awful and doesn't match at all. I thought they had remade the cartoon until I read the description.

Best Hobbet movie there is submitted by jeanholmi on June 21, 2022, 8:46am I haven’t watched the library version but we have a copy and its a really fun movie and stays pretty close to the story line with a lot of catchy songs
