Parts fascinating submitted by rkraut on July 6, 2015, 9:21pm Parts of this are completely fascinating and absorbing. Also there is a cameo of an Ann Arborite! Other parts kind of dragged. If you are interested in what life was like for Jews in Germany 1935-1945, through letters and research, this is quite interesting. I heard the author interviewed on NPR and a lot of what is in the book was covered in the interview.
