Faboulous basic foundation for cooking! submitted by tbernth on June 25, 2015, 12:38pm Very useful cookbook, as can be expected from Julia Child. What is the best about this book is that she teache you the basics of say a cream sauce, then follows that with other recipes that make use of it. Overall highly recommended for anyone looking to cook for real, not taking short cuts!
