Clandestine army activities threaten the war-torn city of Neo-Tokyo when a mysterious being with powerful psychic abilities escapes his prison and inadvertently draws a violent motorcycle gang into a heinous web of experimentation. Intriguing, Engaging Action-Filled Animation submitted by molubird on June 10, 2023, 10:05pm If you like cyberpunk dystopias, and aren't put off by some depictions of gore and violence, I'd whole-heartedly recommend this. I loved the animation, the music, and the story. The characters are complicated and interesting.

I'd strongly recommend it to anyone interested in the genre, since it's influence can be seen in a lot of subsequent movies and tv shows. I think that the film's music and opening bike chase scene are especially amazing.
