Noir, Adventure Time Style

Peppermint Butler, the right-hand man to Princess Bubblegum, must put on his detective hat and determine just what is going on in the Candy Kingdom and relevant parts of the world of Ooo. It has plenty of great homages to classic noir (see the cover, with our gumshoes in a dramatic scene within a silhouette), and also well-played nods to cop show tropes. It's a great addition to the Adventure Time world, clearly written and illustrated by creators who know the material well. There are some really odd and surprisingly fun character pairings throughout.
It would make a fabulous one-shot long episode, but really, the comic itself is a must for fans.
