Focus on a simple idea submitted by rabindar on July 16, 2014, 10:29pm Greg McKeown focuses in on the simple idea of identifying the most essential priorities (he calls them the "vital few") and putting all of one's efforts into them, while simultaneously jettisoning the rest. In principle this is an achievable goal, however, it can be quite a challenge in one's real life to decide what the "vital few" are. The book is a quick and easy read. Implementing the advice in the book is the challenge - a difficult one.
