Adam Bell, a glum, disheveled history professor who seems disinterested even in his beautiful girlfriend Mary. Watching a movie on the recommendation of a colleague, Adam spots his double; a bit-part actor named Anthony St. Clair, and decides to track him down. The identical men meet and their lives become bizarrely and irrevocably intertwined.

Really awful. submitted by GJBarnett2 on August 12, 2014, 1:19pm A doppleganger story. Lots of mysterious music. Many scenes without dialogue. Brooding. Foreboding. Hallucinations. Never heard of this movie? Now you know why. Gyllenhaal must have really needed the money.

What a load of BS!!!! And I am sure not the only one who could not stand that crappy movie. submitted by Tassos on September 25, 2019, 11:19am I see three of the four reviews say it sucks, and the fourth says nothing except the writer is a Jake Gyl Groupie.

Horrible flick, I had to FF every pathetic scene and poor photography and saw it in ... 3 minutes.
