Had to Buy our own copy submitted by AprilCDB on June 19, 2015, 2:02pm One of our newest favorite books, we ordered from our school we love this book so much. It’s a modern version of Goldie Locks and the Three Bears, but better. Teaches a little bit about Chinese culture (Chinese New Year) and unlike Goldie Locks, Goldy Luck takes responsibility for her misdeeds in the bear’s home. My son now talks about making turnip cakes.

Good retelling submitted by rea2mill on July 5, 2022, 3:48pm Good retelling if Goldilocks and the Three Bears. I love that Goldy Luck makes amends for her mistakes and makes a new friend. Much better ending. I am going to try to remember to check it out again for Chinese New Year, I really want to try the Turnip Cakes recipe at the back.
