The Great Gatsby follows viable writer Nick Carraway as he leaves the Midwest and comes to New York City in the spring of 1922. There's quite a bit of CGI in the film, which is sort of annoying/distracting. But the cast is fantastic, and I love how Baz Luhrmann mixes old and new. It does capture the wild pace of the Roaring Twenties!
