Not just for vegans submitted by cc on June 18, 2016, 9:54pm An enjoyable cookbook for those who also eat animal products, but are looking for great vegetarian accompaniments. The section on drinks and smoothies is great.

A staple at our house submitted by JSabatini on July 18, 2018, 3:47pm We are not a vegan family but I use recipes from here a lot. Some of them can be a little time consuming however, I find that those ones often make enough that we have extra to freeze. One of our favorites is the "Yam Black Bean Enchiladas". "Avocado Pasta" has become one of our go-to recipes when we need a quick dinner. Definitely worth a look!
