Solid reference submitted by mowjac on July 12, 2018, 11:27am I own this book and it is a solid reference for all cooks, not just vegetarians. Unlike Madison's other books, this is not fussy or chef time consuming, but straightforward advice, recipes, and information about cooking and making vegetables the centerpiece. One of the backbone references of my cooking library.

Vegetarian Cooking submitted by i'm a blobfish on June 26, 2019, 5:34pm Not just for vegans, you can try to work a little more vegetables into your diet. This book is easy and straight forward to follow. I really like the recipes from this book and I can easily create anything I want to eat.
