Time consuming - but worked, and I felt very good on it submitted by alarkin on June 23, 2015, 7:48pm It consumed about all of my time to have the right foods with me at the right times and to eat when I was supposed to, but it worked, and I felt really good while following the diet - it didn't feel like I was constantly hungry, and the plan felt balanced and healthy.
