Each book introduces the scientific method and then presents several clearly written inquiry activities that can be used in the classroom or at home. This volume contains six age-appropriate hands-on investigations related to plant parts and functions, plant growth, and plants' use of light and water. Overall it's a good introduction to plant science for young kids.
