"The Seven Habits" is a great example of a book that has inspired thought, reflection, and action towards self-improvement.

The book was first published in 1989, but it's still as relevant as ever.

The seven habits are widespread and almost certainly resonate well with most of us: for me the habit that matters most is to "put first things first"
