Enough Said submitted by hcf on August 30, 2014, 10:45pm Watching this movie really makes me sad we won't get to see James Gandolfini in more things like this.

Lovely submitted by Zekicmom on July 24, 2015, 8:55pm A nice, sweet movie. I found myself smiling most of the way through it. Great cast.

Cute submitted by KOH on August 8, 2017, 12:36pm A sweet love story with humor.

Very good story, with humor too. submitted by jgetty on November 13, 2021, 4:26pm It was a very good story, true to heart, with lifes up and downs. Julia Louis-Dreyfus is great, as is Gandolfini, and Catherine Keener, and really all the characters very good. It had lots of funny parts, too, and pull on your heart-strings parts, too. I recommend it!

Enjoyed it submitted by jibkidder on July 3, 2022, 11:35am An enjoyable movie about the tensions in couples and mistakes in relationships, and a nice sendoff for Gandolfini. As a long married person, I would take issue a bit with possibly taking the films message too seriously, by which I mean, I think these two, in reality, would still have a chance together, despite the mistakes made. But, I think it's advice, more broadly, is solid.

A Serious Rom-Com submitted by Meginator on August 20, 2022, 5:24pm It’s great to see a romantic comedy that directly tackles some of the issues faced by middle aged adults wading back into the dating pool, and both of the leads put in fantastic performances that give the film its thematic heft and its romantic heart. The focus on James Gandolfini’s weight feels a bit tasteless even outside of the context of the actor’s own death prior to the film’s release, but in this context it becomes more grotesque and it damped my enjoyment of the film quite a bit. Likewise, a side plot about Julie Louis-Drefus’s character’s relationship with her daughter hangs unresolved at the end of the film, feeling strangely out of balance but also somewhat realistic. Altogether, I did enjoy the story, which puts a more down-to-earth spin on a genre that likes to ignore imperfections, instead offering two characters who, like all of us, are really just trying to figure it out. I wish this was more common in the genre.
