A very simple method for getting your eating under control. Not really a diet, but more a pattern for making sure you eat a variety of food in reasonable amounts.
Allows for all the 'forbidden' foods from any list you've ever seen. You just trade them out for the day's allowance of one of the 'allowed' foods.
