Not Bad submitted by Beth Manuel on July 17, 2014, 2:10pm This wasn't the entertaining drama I'd hoped for but it was pretty good. Steve Carrell played a really crappy guy who, in the end, got what he deserved. The young man who starred in the film made a believable underdog who achieves great things during the summer that started out kind of lame for him.
good submitted by dree411 on July 27, 2014, 5:24pm a good movie about overcoming family issues and making friends while on summer vacation
Great submitted by cinderellariley on August 14, 2014, 2:40pm Loved the drama. Great movie about family overcoming issues.
Way Way Good submitted by hcf on August 31, 2014, 6:50pm Love this movie. Holding...
Liked it! submitted by gardenfaerie on July 15, 2017, 6:53pm It seems kind of slow-moving at first but I like the character exploration. Also, it's nice to see Steve Carell (whom I love) in a role of kind of a prick. Very different from his usual comedic, loveable guy roles.
Starting to appreciate sam rockwell submitted by mandevil on May 5, 2019, 2:15am Hmm, sam rockwell does a great job in this film
Saved by Sam Rockwell submitted by sushai on July 25, 2020, 10:20pm A decent but cliche movie, I guess it would be considered coming-of-age that is saved by Sam Rockwell.
