Classic! submitted by smgop on August 25, 2017, 8:55am This movie is long, but well worth every minute. Star-studded, action packed account of the landing at Normandy on D Day.

One of fave WW2 films submitted by dave_472 on July 20, 2020, 2:36pm Long movie, but one of my favorite WW2 films. originally saw it in black and white

It could've been a slightly less long day submitted by Steve Amick on August 28, 2022, 10:21pm Like if they cast someone who could speak faster than John Wayne, for example.
In places, it's more like the longest day and a half.
