The Best Vegan Cookbook I've Found submitted by keldan315 on August 20, 2017, 6:49pm This is easily the best book about veganism I've encountered. The author has a lot of personality and the book is fun to read/use. Like most vegan recipes, 'simple' is often still pretty complex, but relative to other recipes I've encountered this does seem simple.
My Favorite Cookbook submitted by wellscai on August 3, 2018, 8:51pm Probably the best cookbook I own. I'm not vegan, so I sometimes fudge a bit on recipes (use regular milk instead of almond milk) but everything I've made has tasted amazing. My favorite recipe is the dilly stew with dumplings!
