Interesting submitted by Beth Manuel on June 24, 2014, 6:45pm The writer, local author Lisa Anderson, uncovers things she learned about her father, his suicide and his life as an Ad-Man in New York. One of the original Mad Men. Pretty good read.
Valuable on many levels submitted by lucasb on December 30, 2016, 12:35pm All families have skeletons in the closet, but not everyone has the courage to confront them. Lisa Anderson pursued hers with a passion. In the process, she learned more about her father than she probably ever would have, had he lived and died less mysteriously. A testament to the value of facing and embracing that which we find most difficult.
Family story submitted by gmorand1 on December 30, 2016, 5:07pm A moving account of a daughter digging into the death of her father, and how her family shaped the woman she became. Brave, enlightening, frank. A story that many can relate to. Kudos, Lisa Anderson!
Great Read submitted by jrlori on January 3, 2017, 1:04pm I couldn't put it down. An interesting look into a different age and time in reporting news. Lisa Anderson gives a forthright, candid portrayal of her investigative work into her father's mysterious death and the impact on her family.
