First and Best submitted by KPNF on August 10, 2023, 8:09am I got this on cassette after seeing a video for”Hero Takes a Fall” on WTBS Night Tracks in 1984. The harmonies are great on that track and all the others and it’s very listenable all the way through. It’s not as produced as their later efforts and seems to feature all the members more equally with less focus on Susanna Hoffs.
