When you think of chocolate, you might think of a candy bar, a birthday cake, or a glass of chocolate milk. But where does chocolate come from? This book tells about the cocoa bean, which grows in the tropical rain forests and how the animals and other living things play an important part, even the monkeys.

Fun and factual submitted by FordAlpha on July 9, 2018, 1:34pm It’s amazing how much factual information about the plant life cycle, plant parts, plant nutrition, pollination, dispersal, and more is packed into this fun, age-appropriate picture book!
Great story line.

Cute cartoons on the sidebar. Not overly texty. I highly recommend this book for grades three to five.
