Man of Steel submitted by DBJC on June 14, 2014, 8:12pm I think that Man of Steel have to be the loudest score that Hans Zimmer has ever composed. And what do I mean by loud? I mean PERCUSSION STATION. Now, that's not very surprising, since Hans Zimmer is a percussionist, but he hasn't used this much percussion in a score. EVER. I mean, he hired nine drummers. NINE. And the way that he overlaid them so that they would blast through cinema speakers was AMAZING. I mean it IS. It's a great score in my opinion, with lots and lots of percussion, lots and lots of epicness, lots and lots of Hans Zimmer. "What are you going to do when you are not saving the world?" is probably the most popular track since it was featured in the album. But, I recommend the ENTIRE album. If you didn't see the movie to hear the music on the really big, nice speakers, you sure missed out. Kind of. Ah, you can still get the gist. I recommend it! It's not a bad score! At all! 5/5!
