It was one of those books you start and basically finish in one sitting. Hopefully you are smarter than me and don't start it late in the day because well, you will definitely pull an all-nighter and have to call in sick the next day. If anything you can always tell your boss that it's some lady named Leigh Bardugo's fault and to take it up with her. Happy reading

Amazing submitted by romanticmind on July 14, 2014, 11:37am The sequel to Shadow and Bone, this book did not disappoint. Bardugo broadens the amazing world she created in the first book even more than I could have imagined, giving individual characters more depth and creating exciting plot twists. This is a must read if you loved Shadow and Bone!

She gave up friendship and love, as well as trust, because of her position. I didn't respect it. It gets better in the next book, but this is why I didn't appreciate this installment as much.
