good audiobook submitted by laurenalysse on August 6, 2018, 1:28pm I liked the audiobook version of this. it kept me entertained and was easy to pick back up even if only listening for short periods of time. the narrator is talented and engaging.

it was ok submitted by kerstinrh on June 26, 2019, 6:37pm I thought it was ok... I read it because I heard the movie was pretty good and I had to read it before I see the movie. There was a lot of name dropping of brand names and just overall extravagance which I was not all that interested in and it got old and really didn’t add anything to the story. The book tells the story of Nick and Rachel who both teach in New York and travel to Singapore over their summer vacation for Nicks best friends wedding. Rachel discovers Nicks family is extremely rich and starts to question their relationship as well as her own life.
