good message submitted by fairytale on July 30, 2013, 9:02pm The idea behind the Scaredy Squirrel books is a good one - that people miss out on some really cool experiences if they are incredibly afraid of things. As usual, Scaredy Squirrel comes up with a carefully crafted plan to avoid everything he's afraid of, but something unexpected happens, and he ends up having a better experience in the end.

Cute and Fun submitted by Meginator on August 13, 2017, 7:48pm This is a fun book with amazing illustratons that add something different to the text. The moral of the story is a good one, delivered lightly and with excellent humor. Younger readers may need some help finding some of the words in the denser pages.
