COMMUNITY REVIEWS

Jack Reacher submitted by pubudu on June 15, 2013, 6:52pm James Barr, a former US Army sniper, is charged with a murder spree that had happened out in public. Jack Reacher, with the help of Barr’s defense attorney, Helen Rodin, comes to investigate the matter. Jack Reacher is practically a ghost who only has a few details of his life in the army to add to his name. Jack Reacher is also a person who likes to get rough when working on a case. I would recommend this movie to anyone who enjoys action packed thriller with a hint of police drama.

Awesome submitted by DoodleBob on June 21, 2013, 3:52pm This movie is awesome. It's packed with action and is a slight mystery.

jack reacher submitted by a2sue on August 4, 2013, 7:17am jack reacher is a good tom cruise thriller

Decent adaptation. submitted by tbbrown76 on August 2, 2014, 9:08pm Cruise is above average in this one.

Typical action, horrible dialogue submitted by McCartney McCoy on July 26, 2015, 2:56pm I must say, it seems that the writers didn't put much thought into this particular script: they produced some terrible dialogue. However, the plot and special effects are standard fare for the genre.

Time to cruise away submitted by leenajong on August 16, 2015, 9:09pm Tom needs to change genres!

OK submitted by smgop on July 28, 2017, 8:04pm Predictable, but still worth watching.

Cliche but kinda fun submitted by KOH on August 12, 2017, 12:40am It's an okay movie

Might be ok if you haven't read the books submitted by jdgerich on July 5, 2018, 10:27pm Tom Cruise should never have been cast as Jack Reacher. A huge part of the books has to do with Reacher's imposing size - which Cruise does not have.

nice submitted by yufamily on August 7, 2018, 10:17am not a good fit for Tom!

Tom Cruise is NOT Jack Reacher submitted by purchasingqueen on August 31, 2018, 11:36pm If you've read the Jack Reacher novels, you know that Tom Cruise does not fit the physical description of Reacher at all (over 6' tall) or his demeanor (a loaner). He's an OK actor but definitely mis-cast in this role. Also, I'd recommend reading the original novel(s) by Lee Child. You'll enjoy those much more.

ok submitted by SoapyCupcaketoeNaIL on June 18, 2021, 9:59pm Good acting and stunts
