Recommend submitted by CGBeautiful on August 8, 2014, 3:56pm This book is really good. Super detailed, so you don't need to read the whole thing to get the idea. It's all about putting your baby on a schedule in a way that helps them sleep well. Also recommend "The Baby Whisperer."
Best baby book on sleep submitted by chelsiegarrett on July 6, 2016, 9:29pm I've read several books all about getting babies to sleep better, and this is by far the best one. The theory makes sense and seems practical and easy to implement.
