Watch it like everyone else submitted by DBJC on June 14, 2014, 4:35pm I was hesitant about watching this show because I knew a lot of people who was watching it. The name didn't appeal to me; scandals aren't something that I meddle in, so I passed it up. But when I kept hearing about it and how good it was, I started watching the first episode...and burned through the first season. This show is GOOD. It's gripping and keeps you wanted to continue watching the season. I LOVE Olivia Pope. She's a headstrong, extremely confident, and go-getting lead. I'm very glad that they chose Kerry Washington for this part because she is GREAT. Absolutely FANTASTIC. She gets the job done, and she never fails. NEVER. She's who I want to be when I grow up. Now, if you don't like politics I wouldn't recommend this show because it does deal with politics. BUT it's more than politics. The show is more like a political roller coaster ride / detective show. It's very addicting. VERY. YES I would recommend this to a friend.

Edge of your seat! submitted by popsiclefroyo1 on June 19, 2014, 12:09pm This show sucks you in and doesn't let you go. You get drawn into all the characters, cliff hangers, and plot twists.

political drama submitted by airgood on August 5, 2014, 1:26pm Pretty good show- sometimes the characters and dialogue are a bit much, but it has become a guilty pleasure. The cadence of the conversations takes a bit of getting used to, and there are also some very violent/graphic parts that aren't for everyone. It is full of plot twists and cliffhangers, so it's fun to guess what will happen next.
