didn't fit my preconceived notions... submitted by camelsamba on June 30, 2017, 8:51pm This story is a nice addition to the Maisie Dobbs canon. However, I tried to listen to this as an audiobook, but I found that the accents and voices were too different from how I had always heard them in my head. I had to abandon it for the print book. If you don't already have preconceived notions about how the characters should sound, the audio book will probably work for you!
