Renowned naturalist Sir David Attenborough has a remarkable treasure trove of stories following his 60-year career with the BBC. This 3-part series will bring to life some of his most memorable. Also includes: The Ark, David Attenborough chooses ten of the most important, and lesser known, animals he would most like to save from extinction.

Really interesting!

Perhaps I'm a bit biased since I already love watching documentaries narrated by David Attenborough, but I really enjoyed watching these three as well.
In the first, "Life on Camera", he talks about how he first got interested in doing nature documentaries and shows and takes us through a brief history of his various works. Along the way, he talks about the various technological advances that have been made in film-making, from the transition from film to digital to better underwater filming to infrared light to stabilizing units for aerial filming. It was interesting not only to see where his career has taken him but all the advances that have been made as well.
The other two talk more about the world around us, including talking about evolution, genetics, plate tetonics and other scientific discoveries as well as environmental concerns such as the impact human civilizations have had on the natural world.
If you like Mr. Attenborough's other documentaries, don't miss these!
