Narration, Toni Wanebo.
Told from the healthy kid's perspective, this film explores serious illness in the family. Blended with animation and narration, interviews with kids ages 4 to 16 reveal how they have coped with the shock, fear and uncertainty when a parent or sibling is diagnosed with a serious illness. The children share their needs, hopes and resiliency, and the insights they developed along the way can be of great value to parents, teachers and other kids who find themselves on a similar path.
