Ahh. Mark Waid and Paolo Rivera's Daredevil--especially the first few issues, which are in this particular book--are perhaps the most sophisticated and the most enjoyable comics we've seen since Geoff Johns and Gary Frank did Superman. (That wasn't so long ago, actually. Whatever.) Certainly the character of Matt Murdock, as well as DD, has never been done better. Enough more like this, and Daredevil would become one of my favorite superheroes!
Highest recommendation.
