kind of disapointing submitted by bookher on July 3, 2017, 11:11am Not exactly what I was hoping to hear from her though I do understand that she writing from her experience. Why is it though that we keep hearing from successful women in business about how women need to learn how to act more like men to succeed in the professional world?

Fantastic read! submitted by LisaT on June 26, 2018, 7:07am I think the advice in this book is excellent. Sandberg backs up her narrative with solid references from studies. I am a ways into my professional career now and I could relate to many points. I still came away with useful information. However, I think it would be even better for a young woman. This is going to be my go-to gift for women graduates, because I believe in the message.

Lean In submitted by crp on August 6, 2019, 12:04am My book club hated it. Most of the women work full time and are mothers; it just isn't relatable on many levels. This is surprising because we thought it would be a great read after reading the media hype around this book.
