I couldn't put it down! submitted by Magicicada on August 10, 2017, 2:24pm This book was so engaging and fun to read! Instead of stating fact after boring fact, the author tells stories about different people who have worked in the food industry. He is able to make us aware of some negative aspects without coming across as being too "finger-pointy." I particularly enjoyed the chapter about the fellow who created instant pudding!
