Great for new readers submitted by jessicampace on July 15, 2019, 1:28pm My almost-first-grader loves this book! He can read it on his own and loves it when we read it to him too! The robot and the rabbit are sweet friends, and there's lots of humor.

A different early reader submitted by FordAlpha on August 11, 2019, 9:31pm If you're bored with the usual run of easy readers, and you need a break from "Elephant and Piggie," this one is a good option. Cece Bell is great with the dynamics of friendship and the story has plenty of humor and heart.

Rabbit & Robot : : the Sleepover submitted by VanCancue on August 18, 2020, 5:31pm We love this book with its lesson on how you can be friends despite differences, The depiction fails to clearly indicate the rabbit needs to e more polite and may not be obvious to young readers. A lesson that needs to be included with adult supervision.

My kids love robot and rabbit, I have read this book 25 times and still genuinely chuckle. It is a good length for bedtime reading, and my early reader can follow along.
