Intriguing submitted by SolaireFQ on August 27, 2016, 1:43pm This is one of Christopher Nolan's first films. It is disorienting and creepy, but so interesting!

Required Nolan Viewing submitted by brooksza on July 17, 2023, 11:15am This was Nolan's first movie and does a good job laying groundwork for what you'll see in future Nolan films, especially Memento, The Prestige and Inception. It's a puzzle movie that jumps around time (pay attention to our lead character's hair and appearance). My only complaint is that it's such a dark movie, sometimes it's hard to clearly see what happens.

Fun fact about this movie: Nolan shot it over a number of weekends and didn't use traditional actors. It makes the achievement even more impressive.
