Santa Claus is Coming to Town submitted by SBNB on August 4, 2015, 8:15pm This cartoon tells a story of how Santa Claus came to be. It's a great story and cute cartoon. I never saw this as a kid and I can say that as an adult, I was pleasantly surprised.
