BUT I love the range of options, the very cool creepy not-your-grandmother's cakes styles. And if you've visited DebbieDoesCakes.net, you can see that she is a truly talented lady who can make shockingly realistic items out of cake. So it's wonderful that she's sharing her secrets with us home-cooks and wanna-be's. I love how carefully she breaks it down, and I can't wait to try it myself, with my mid-level cooking skills. But if you're in the Bay Area and you're looking for an original cake, do look her up! She's completely worth the price. Because the one thing not included in this book is her incredible talent.
