Amazing submitted by Smiles on August 30, 2014, 9:50pm This book was absolutely amazing and I would totally recommend it! I have read this book at least five times and I still enjoy it!
Fascinating world, less than satisfying ending submitted by romanticmind on June 12, 2015, 11:22pm Durst did an incredible job world building--I have truly never read anything like this book. Liyana has spent her whole life preparing to give up her body to her tribe's goddess, but when the goddess fails to appear, her life takes a different course. I felt the ending was extremely vague and unsatisfying, however, which unfortunately made me like the book less.
Okay submitted by zmclaugh on July 25, 2018, 2:31pm The first half of the book is amazing. I couldn't put it down. The second half of the book fizzles and is really disappointing.
