Good Starting Point, Broad Overview submitted by Meginator on July 12, 2019, 10:03pm This book provides a very basic, bird’s-eye view of the home buying process, most useful for getting a broad overview as you begin the process. As a first-time home-buyer, I found the information easy to digest, though the author’s informal style can be equally accessible and off-putting in this context. Some of the details are a bit outdated, given that this book was published nearly a decade ago, but it’s a nice and simple introduction to an incredibly daunting topic. I recommend this as an early starting point for those jumping into the residential market, but not as a comprehensive guide.
