Titanic submitted by SBNB on July 12, 2014, 10:45pm It's a good movie, but it is sad. I haven't watched it in a while because it's depressing seeing all those people die.

My Favorite Film of All Time submitted by Meginator on August 20, 2021, 8:04pm This film may be somewhat of a victim of its own vast success, but it still holds up as a masterpiece of modern epic filmmaking; it’s a once-in-a-generation film that struck gold with critics and the general public, and it’s still worth seeing today. The story of the ill-fated ship feels at once historically grand and remarkably intimate, told as it is through the lens of a whirlwind romance that adds depth and suspense to the inevitable tragic ending. Every aspect of the production is top-notch, from the instantly quotable script to Kate and Leo’s career-launching performances and the thoughtful balance of practical and CGI effects. This blu-ray edition includes deleted scenes that further flesh out the supporting characters’ stories and a pair of documentaries made in 2012 that help illustrate why the story of Titanic is so eternally fascinating. I highly, highly recommend this to anyone and everyone; its unsinkable reputation is so well deserved and it’s my personal favorite film.
