Fun for all readers
submitted by Jen Chapin-Smith on August 20, 2012, 3:25pm
I have very much enjoyed the entire Artemis Fowl series and highly recommend it. Although Eoin Colfer wrote it for teens, adults will like these books (and cracking the code) as well. Artemis starts out as a super-smart, super-talented and super-rich kid, which explains why everything comes to him so easily and his ego has ballooned out of control. Yet we readers come to love him and appreciate seeing him grow.
(By the way, one pronounces Eoin as "Ian.")
Excellent French audiobook submitted by CarolSeidl on July 31, 2015, 2:27pm This is one of the best audio books that I have ever listened to. Rather than the story being read by a single actor, this French version has a full cast of characters. Each one seems perfect for the part they are reading even though the original story was written in English. I absolutely loved this production.
