"Ray Bradbury-peerless storyteller, poet of the impossible, and one of America's most beloved authors-is a literary giant whose remarkable career has spanned seven decades. Now twenty-six of today's most diverse and celebrated authors offer new short works in honor of the master; stories of heart, intelligence, and dark wonder from a remarkable range of creative artists."--P. M Is For Mixed Bag submitted by Fevvers - STAR473 on August 2, 2013, 10:02pm There are a few truly excellent stories in this mammoth collection, but most are sadly mediocre. It is pretty interesting to read all the author's notes, and hear about how all these varying writers personally connect to Ray Bradbury and some specific inspirations for their pieces. It is worth picking up; there are an incredible number of stories with a range of genres (not just science fiction and fantasy and horror), so there's probably something that any reader remotely fond of Bradbury's own works will enjoy.
