COMMUNITY REVIEWS

Further mysteries solved by Lewis submitted by Jen Chapin-Smith on August 27, 2012, 11:06am I'm pleased to finally see Lewis making progress in his personal life after his grief over his wife's death.

In a spin-off from the very popular "Inspector Morse" mystery series, Morse' sergeant Lewis is now a full detective.

Those who enjoyed the Morse series will enjoy Lewis as well, although seeing the earlier series will make it easier to understand this later one. As a student at Oxford (albeit only for one semester), I loved seeing all the places on campus in the background of this TV series.

My main criticism of the series is how it negatively portrays gays, transgender people and birth mothers who gave their babies up for adoption.
