Spot on submitted by karjina on June 30, 2012, 6:56pm Very concise rules about what to eat and when to eat it. You will lose some amount of weight, but Bob doesn't promise a certain amount, which is refreshing as far as diet books go. It's more of a way of life. It's very clean eating, puts an emphasis on high-protein foods. It is basically the food that Bob eats.
