COMMUNITY REVIEWS

An Odd Film submitted by monkk on June 15, 2012, 3:00pm I love Tilda Swinton, so when I heard she was going to be in this movie, I started reading the book. I thought the book was hard to get through mostly because of the slow pace, and I had other things to get to so I put it down and waited for the film. Well, it was just as slow. And weird, and of course the subject matter was disturbing. It caused my boyfriend to come out of his office at one point and say "What in the WORLD are you watching?" I had to admit that I wasn't exactly sure about that myself. The one thing that I did like was seeing the glamorous and confident Tilda Swinton looking like a semi-normal, stressed-out ex-housewife. Worth that to sit through the whole thing though? No way.

Just Don't submitted by GJBarnett2 on July 25, 2012, 1:50pm Tilda Swinton raises a psychopath. Every parent's nightmare. This one would make Pollyanna suicidal.

Interesting Movie submitted by jarroyo on July 27, 2012, 6:51pm This is a movie about a mother raising a psycopath and her life after a life-changing event. It's a pretty sad movie because a mother is trying to raise a son who she does not seem to like very much. It's a bit slow and sad.

good movie submitted by Jackie77 on July 18, 2015, 6:01pm Disturbing relationship between a ,other and son who turns killer in high school. Slow at some points but overall good movie.
