Glimpse into life during WWI submitted by DownesS on August 8, 2013, 8:56am This show gives a glimpse into what it was like during World War I in England. You can see that even the most wealthy were affected by the war.

British upper classes submitted by doctorfang on July 20, 2014, 8:57pm Wonderful series about life in an upper-class home during WW1 in England. The costumes and sets are reason enough to watch it, but the drama itself is fantastic as well.

The season for Edith to shine submitted by willow on July 27, 2014, 6:52am That annoying little tattle-tale Edith comes into her own in this season, learning how to drive a car and doing something useful with herself. Spend time remembering the days when the wealthy and influential actually suffered during war. This season is worth watching.
