Mindfulness For Beginners submitted by SBNB on August 4, 2015, 7:52pm Interesting book broken down into very short chapters. If you're interested in mindfulness, this is a great book. I liked it so much, I went out and bought it.

Introduction to Mindfulness submitted by Meginator on July 3, 2018, 7:02pm This book offers an interesting and engaging introduction to some of the philosophical underpinnings of mindfulness meditation, but it doesn’t really have a lot of information about getting started beyond the guided meditations on the included CD. This book is probably a good place to start on such a broad and intellectually complex topic, but it may not offer the most practical advice for beginning mindfulness meditation.

Mindfulness submitted by crp on August 24, 2019, 3:25am I took an mbsr course that was really helpful - I highly recommend this as a supplement to any course.

More knowledge submitted by DBogie on June 16, 2020, 2:14am Each writing allows us to view the experience from different perspectives.
